My weight loss journey | Diet Challenge Week 1 *LOSE 2 LBS IN A WEEK*





Here is my weight lost diary, i will post my updated every week. :)
My plan for diet, nothing special, is just : Reduce carbohydrate intake as much as possible + Workout

Beginning weight: 148 lbs  *FAT*

Day 1:

Menu for Day 1

Breakfast:  1 small pack of oat biscuits / cookies.

Lunch: vegetable chinese-style porridge. *Consist of carrots, chicken, tomato, onions and some rice*

Dinner: 2 bananas.

Workout for Day 1

My workout session starts at night.
I used to android app -  30 Day fitness challenge.
But i usually repeat the everyday workout schedule twice or more in a day.
Make sure your heart starts pounding hard and you start sweating.

Day 2:

Day 2 weight: forgot to measure

Menu for Day 2

Brunch: 1 small sandwich.
*Woke up late today so i just ate my breakfast + lunch all at once*

Dinner:  3 small pieces of Taro cake / Yam cake / 萝卜糕. A couple of hours later i ate 2 oranges to clam down my hunger.

Workout for Day 2
Jogging around the park.

Day 3:

Day 3 weight: 147.2 lbs

Menu for Day 3

Brunch: 1 piece of waffle + peanut & butter.

Dinner: Half of a burrito.

Workout for Day 3
Rest day

Day 4:

Day 4 weight: 147 lbs

Menu for Day 4

Brunch: 2 bananas + yogurt.

Snack: Veggie Chips

Dinner: Duck + Rice + Carrots.

Workout for Day 4
Gym - Cardio + Weights

Day 5:

Day 5 weight: 146.4 lbs

Menu for Day 5

Brunch: Chocolate cookies + milk

Snack: Small pieces of french bread

Dinner: Sushi  ... =X

Workout for Day 5
Rest day

Day 6:

Day 6 weight: forgot to measure.

Menu for Day 6

Breakfast: Half a sandwich.

Lunch: In & Out burger with fires.

Dinner: Chex Mix =X

Workout for Day 6
None

Day 7:

Day 7 weight: 146 lbs

Menu for Day 7:

Brunch: Noodles

Dinner: Rice + Meet + Carrot

Workout for Day 7
None



Okay, so to conclude this week's diet plan. I lose 2 lbs in a week! It might not sound impressive but at least i didn't starve myself or force myself to do crazy workout routine.

I just live my life as it is, and decrease the amount of food intake little by little, adding workout little by little. As a result, i lose 2 lbs in a week.

I will keep it up and also update it on my blog every week. 😚😚
