♥ Pros and Cons of Wearing False Eyelashes

I used to wear fake eyelashes / false eyelash or falsies very often back then, 

I wear it whenever i go out with my friends, or whenever i go to cosplay events.

I stop wearing it that often when i got into college. 

Pros:

- Hide your mistakes on your eyeshadow. =X

Since fake eyelashes actually occupied a pretty large amount of my eyelid. 

Thus whenever i overdid or messed up my eye shadow a little I usually don't bother to fix it, 

because i know my fake eyelashes is gonna "hide" my mistakes for me. 

- Simple, easy and quick

It is almost like an instant beautifying tool ! I always apply my false eyelashes

at the very last step and BOOM! There my desired look goes. =D

And it is faster compare to applying mascara alone,

i usually need a longer time if i am applying only mascara alone,

therefore, i will prefer false eyelashes when i am in a rush.

- That GLAMOROUS look !!!

IT. JUST. LOOK. GLAMOROUS ! ♥

Just love that "instant" GLAM look that you got right after you applying your false eyelashes! 

And you can just swap into a different pair of false eyelashes to create a whole NEW different look!

Cons:

- Heavy ! :( 

My eyes usually feel extremely tired in the end of the day. 

I feel like i have forced my eyelid to "weightlift" the whole day ... =X

and not to mention that feeling when the false eyelashes is finally off your face ... *Relief*

I have tried to get some eyelashes that are said to be "lightweight"

but it still does the same thing in the end of the day, 

just not as bad. 

- Not suitable for everyday-wear.  

The eyelashes and majority of the eyelashes in the market nowadays are extremely long, 

and i personally think that it is not suitable especially if you are wearing a natural nude makeup,

it just look kinda odd on your face. 

As an asian, i find it awkward when i am applying falsies when i am with light makeup,*which majority of the time i am*

and it also draw more attention to other people, 

they just stare at me as it i am wear or i overdid my makeup. =X

- Kinda blocks your vision

This is due to the way you curl your eyelashes in the final step, 

where you actually curl your false eyelashes and your real eyelashes together, 

the way it curves, 

depending on how curve you curl it,

it might actually block your vision due to the curvature of the falsies !

Overall, I still like applying false eyelashes, 

but i just don't do it that often now. *Maybe i am getting old =(((( *

LOL.

Fake eyelashes is a MUST whenever i go to animation event or when i am cosplaying!

False eyelashes also comes in handy whenever you go to photo-shoot session! 

I STILL LOVE FALSE EYELASHES!
